Shyamal and Bhumika gave a new direction to bridal charm by the melange of styles, colours, silhouettes and surface ornamentation. Walking the ramp in gorgeous creations was mother daughter duo- Esha Deol and Hema Malini. Womens wear was mostly lehengas and sarees, along with some creative bikini tops teamed with floor grazing skirts and long jackets. The ramp was a plethora of velvets, nets, brocade and georgettes and chiffons in a cosmic range of shades from golds, rust reds, peacock greens, creams, pinks to choco browns. Male models flaunted jackets and sherwanis with chudidars or dhotis in lame gold & raw silks. Zardosi, ari work, embroidery, gota work, stone craft and extensive use of borders managed to make this line of bridal wear glitter, very literally! This collection was an absolutely stunning one, with every garment standing its own amongst so many other equally dazzling ones!
